Hi! My name is Ellie Hyvonen and I founded You Are Whole Coaching to empower women who feel good on paper but chaotic inside to reconnect with their bodies and learn how to make small steps of change amidst life transition. We do this by replacing negative thought patterns and behaviors with sustainable habits around nourishment, rest, movement and stress. My coaching is about transforming beliefs at the level of habit change.

What does a coach do?
As a Life and Health coach, I seek to create lasting habit change at the level of identity and belief. Habits are automated behaviors by which we live our lives with in order to save us time and energy. Some of those promote and others are destroy our well-being. My job is to help you identify which are not helping you find fulfillment in career, life, or health. Through a 6-step system called the “Habit Change Coaching Method”, we focus on reducing 3 types of stress: biological/chemical, mental/emotional, and spiritual. In this system, we learn how to transform what we are experiencing by changing what we belief about ourselves. Where your attention goes, energy glows! Habit change is not just an event, it is a process. By unwinding self defeating behaviors and instilling long-term, healthy habits, you will change the course of your life!
