Hi! My name is Ellie Hyvonen and I empower busy professionals with underlying chronic illness to navigate their careers with confidence. As a recovering “perfectionist” and burnt-out professional myself, my passion lies in helping others overcome the need to “be perfect” and to find wholeness in their mind, body and spirit! We do this by becoming masters of habit change at the level of identity and belief. Whether you’re seeking to advance in your job, double energy and mental clarity in your job, or balance chronic illness with a busy lifestyle, I am here to guide you every step of the way towards achieving a fulfilling career!

What does a coach do?

As a Life and Health coach, I seek to create lasting habit change at the level of identity and belief. Habits are automated behaviors by which we live our lives with in order to save us time and energy. Some of those are promoting and others are destroying our well-being. My job is to help you identify which are not helping you find fulfillment in career, life, or health. Through a 6-step system called the “Habit Change Coaching Method”, we focus on reducing 3 types of stress: biological/chemical, mental/emotional, and spiritual. In this system, we learn how to transform what we are experiencing by changing what we belief about ourselves. Habit change is not just an event, it is a process. By unwinding self defeating behaviors and instilling long-term, healthy habits, you will change the course of your life!
